Omar began his career in the financial services in 2008 after graduating with a BA from the University of Michigan. The events that transpired that year during the “Great Recession” demonstrated to him the consequences when financial institutions do not take their duties as a fiduciary seriously. The lessons learned from those difficult times are at the core of how he treats his clients, with integrity and the utmost competence.
His commitment to constant self-growth has led him to attain the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation and his Master in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. While in business school, he participated in an exchange program in Shanghai, China at the China Europe International Business School.
